Medical Transportation
LSSA has partnered with medical providers to assist clients in need of getting to and from their doctor’s appointments. In 2009 we provided over 800 rides. Without this service, many of our clients would not be able to receive the medical treatment they need. We have also been able to help clients flying into Anchorage to get from the airport to their appointments. Clients are able to use our services six times a year by calling our office and scheduling a ride.
