CREDIT CARD & CHECK GIVING
LSSA is able to run electronic donations via credit card over the phone or in our offices. These donations can be one time or set up as a recurring donations.
Donations in the form of checks can be written to Lutheran Social Services of Alaska. If there is a specific program who would like to donate to please note it in the memo or let an LSSA staff member know.

FOOD AND IN-KIND DONATIONS
We are always in need of non-perishable food to stock our pantry shelves! Download our list of Most Needed Food Items.
Other non-food donation are accepted too, let us know about your items and we can let you know where they can best be put to use.

$40 IS THE AVERAGE COST FOR A ROUND TRIP TAXI FARE WHICH WE PROVIDE TO INDIVIDUALS TO MAKE IT TO/FROM IMPORTANT MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS
$55 IS OUR COST TO FEED A FAMILY OF 4 FOR ONE WEEK THROUGH OUR FOOD PANTRY.
$300 IS THE AVERAGE COST TO SEND SOMEONE BACK TO THEIR HOME COMMUNITY THROUGH OUR ASSOCIATION FOR STRANDED RURAL RURAL ALASKANS PROGRAM
